Okay here's another one up for consideration. To me it looks like a John Primble frame. I am not a Case expert and I know that they did contract other shops to make certain patterns (i.e. the Valley Forge pliers knife) for them but I don't think this was one of them.

It looks like a Boker frame with a Tested blade stuck in it to me. JMO.
