Hunting for New York Knife Co. Information.

Post by knife-nut »

Does anyone have any information about New York Knife Company. I've read the info from Goins and all the other usual knife books. I've got one of their display knives, and was wondering what years they produced them. Also my knife has the name "FREDDIE" engraved on the shield. As these knives were not usually for sale to the public, I thought maybe that it might have been a gift or reward to one of their employees. Any thoughts?

You might post this in Knife Lore or PM LT and ask him.

I seem to recall some posts on this in the past. It would be worthwhile to search past posts just to check it out.
