I got 3 of these in a few days back. The 3 Fight N Roosters I bought from Roland. I like all three of these so much they went from clean up and Ren Wax to the display case.
I finally had some success getting one of these GEC 38 English Whittlers with burnt orange jigged bone handles. I don’t know why, but I seem to have more success scoring from DLT than any other GEC dealer. These whittlers are among the best knives from GEC that I have seen. It is a split back spring whittler in case anyone is wondering.

Very nice, as are the Fight'N Roosters. If I'm ever deep in the black, I'll pick up a GEC whittler.

My delivery for the day was this orange Case Sod BusterJr.

The Stanley came from member here ,excellent condition, fair price, fast shipping. It’ll go with my other 72 variations
Pure oil knife is for Father in law,he’s got a bunch of Pure oil stuff, including a running petroleum pump . Would like to find one in better shape, but he’ll be happy with this.
And The Rusty 4 line Camillus, took a little gamble on that off the bay . Took it down to shop and it cleaned up okay ! This Model was sent overseas to our Servicemen from Red Cross ,if memory is correct in that regard.
Hey Smitty, that little light is awesome for the few dollars they cost. Never thought about the different light techniques, going to check that out .
Till next time, take care ,stay safe
Great work JP!

Here's a Queen City Cozy Glen Classic Jigged Greenbone Mini Trapper which is 1 of 100 of this pattern made by Ken Daniels between the time he left Queen Cutlery and just before he started GEC in 2006. So, I guess this could be considered a "transition" knife although it is essentially a Queen #51 frame--so, more Queen than GEC.

The (unconfirmed) theory is that "Cozy Glen" is the name of the street in Oak Hill, OH, where KD lived at the time (maybe he still does for all I know...although seems unlikely since GEC is headquartered in PA...maybe he commutes ::skeptic:: ).

Thanks Rick. I've wanted a Eureka Jack for a long time. When I received this last stimulus check, it made me all reckless and since there were several on the Bay, I jumped on one.

That's a nice one (looks like Chestnut Bone), but hardly a "frivolity"-- it's a sound investment. I know the Case/Tony Bose collaboration knives can be quite expensive; so, hopefully you got a good deal and didn't blow your entire stim check on it. I'm curious if it cost more or less than your Case/Tony Bose Wharncliffe Trapper? Previously you had mentioned that that was the most expensive knife you had ever purchased...perchance did the Eureka Jack take over that top position?

Thanks Fellers. It's taken it's place at the head of the line of knives I'm lollygagging about putting away. I'm still coon fingering and chicken eyeing this little batch and can't seem to pry 'em off the desk.
