Knife is modern (2000's?), maybe someone more familiar will know a more precise date. Certainly long after E.C. Simmons went out of business.

Ok thank you! It’s a pretty knife and great metal, just was curious before I added to my collection. Also I can get a LOT cheaper than price sticker
