Thank You Garry.. My guess is a Pileated Woodpecker.. They are real common here.. Had one fly by me and land in a tree right above me as a matter of fact yesterday on my "Woods Wander" .. ::woot::

It's a Tidioute White Owl with ebony scales and D2 steel blades. Handy little knife.

Pardon me, I was mistaken about the blade steel it's 1095. My bad. Yes it is a model #68 and I believe it is 2011 vintage, the number stamped on the back of the master blade is 682211. The blade etch on Tidioute knives is light and has been worn off of this one from frequent use and cleaning, I had to dig out the box (tube) to check my info.
