This was my grandfather’s knife. One of the only things I received of his, his wife felt her kids needed his things more, sorry to get a little salty.
Any idea on age? Yes I have searched the forums, and get mixed info.
The scales are antler. I don’t know if he shaped the blades to these profiles, or they came that way. I do t know it was used because is was sharpened many many times.
I appreciate any insight.

John E. Goins in Pocket Knives, Markings of Manufactures and Dealers says c1970 and Sabre on the back of tang. The sentimental value the knife has for you is probably priceless.

The blade profiles look close to original, just some blade loss from repeated sharpening that was done properly.
