HI:Small Case Razor W/Damascus W/Question

HI:I'm new here. Everthing i read on here is good info on case knife's.I have search the Articles here and been very
helpful..It seem i can'nt find anything on this knife Small case razor w/Damascus blade.Here's is some picture's

rog611098d - 1 dot = 1989 - rog = roger's bone , 611098 = pattern #, d = damascus

parker's shows book value of $75 in as from the factory condition.
