Thanks! These are going to be addictive to carve. Giving the old Case seahorse whittler a work out. I was thinking about it the other day. I've been carving with this knife for 4yrs this March. It's carved a lot, I've lost track, but I'd guess getting close to 300 carvings so far.

Did you thin the blades any? Is it showing any signs of wear. Do you use one blade more than another?

Scott the work and the grain in the wood are drop dead gorgeous. Most excellent work and a most excellent grained wood. Great Job!!!!

Very nice, Scott. The dark area at the top of the handle gives it character. And, there appear to be a 'face' in the wood just below the dark area. That's what I see, anyway. Nevertheless, very unique.

I had to thin the edge on the main blade. It's the only blade I use. The two smaller ones flex to much to be of much use for me anyways.

Thanks. I don't have any new knives to share and I'm pretty happy with the current selection I have ,so the whittling is about all I have to share. I do stop in and read in the general forum every so often. Sometimes I feel like I'm posting to much stuffin the whittling forum.

Just finished this beaver and another bird my 4yr old granddaughter request so it could set on her finger she said! Lol.
