I have a chestnut bone sodbuster Jr. and a normal old yellow handled full size sodbuster. In everything else I prefer a larger knife. But when it comes to the sodbuster in like the JR. way better! They’re like a canoe, there’s a whole lot of blade in that little knife. And the thinner bone handles ones are real nice in your pocket.cody6268 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 4:10 pm I've had this one since Dec. and I'm just getting the patina started from honest use.
Case 2018 3137CV carbon steel Sodbuster Jr. One of the few smaller knives that can take on the big jobs as well. I bought this one to try since my Tractor Supply didn't have the big one, but I'm still really impressed by a rather small 3 5/8 closed knife (at least when comparing to a regular Sodbuster, but this size is normal for me). Case's CV is a really good carbon steel. This knife has, with just occasional stropping on a chunk of an old belt, maintained its shaving sharp edge. I bought a lockback Bear-made Moore Maker, and it's already needed resharpening twice with less use despite both being 1095 on paper.

Looks like a Leatherman Skeletool knife. I would also be interested in hearing the owners thoughts about it.

Thanks for responding. I have a #68 Stockman (I think it is considered a Stockman). The awl looks to be the same style. I was just curious about the time frame it when it was made. Anyway, this is a great pocket carry

Cheers mate , the thing in the bottom left is a old now discontinued leatherman style , I need to send it in as the scissors spring mechanism broke ages ago , not sure what leatherman will send back as in the uk they just replace the tool and these are not made anymore , possibly there send a micra ? I sometimes carry a gerber dime or a leatherman juice S2

One of today's EDCs. A knife comes in handy almost constantly.
