Always a treat to see some Wildebeest around these parts, rare and beautiful beast and those bones are to die for. Great show and great bone. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnn.

A covers project i have just finished. Was bland rosewood, 10 coats of Tru-Oil makes a huge difference, it is like a different knife.

That did turn out great Derek. I like that shiny finish on that wooden handle.

Thanks Mark and Garry. I’m still kicking around whether to sell or keep this Henckels. I’m a big fan of Henckels and this is one of the nicest looking Barlows I have come across. I like the way the bark goes right to the bolsters, it’s hard to find stag knives that are made like this.

Keep it. Chances are you will never get or see another one with stag like that.
