How very Zen of you Floyd.

Two in the mail. Due by this Saturday. ::fc::
One on back order at Shepherd Hills and the last Mini-Trapper folder will be filled up. Giving serious consideration to putting on the brakes in regards to the Mini-T's.
Forged on the anvil of discipline.

Really looking forward to seeing which ones you chose as your "final" Mini-T acquisitions, jerryd. ::hmm:: ::skeptic::

As for me (and The Monkey), it looks as though that 5-Blade Stag 5507 I got last week may very well end up being the last Case Mini-T I get...not due to lack of space in my Mini-T folders so much as because I'm saving the empty slots for more 07Ws (and/or other brands of Mini-Ts). I would really like to add more MTs made in Germany such as Hen & Rooster, Fight'n Rooster, Boker or Bulldog to my stable.

These two are in the mail. Got a steal and deal on the basket weave and I was drawn to the other one by the slanted bolsters.

The yellow handle, single blade 3107W is on back order at Shepherd Hills. Been looking at that one for a couple of years. Couldn't pull the trigger because I'm not fond of single blade knives in the traditional realm.

Yes, as always (:roll: ) you are 100% correct, jerryd -- I absolutely MUST have that Boker. ::nod:: ::nod:: ::nod::

Of course I would never ask you to sell or (heaven forbid) trade for it; and, since I know I can't pry it out of your hand (warm or cold, dead or alive), I can only hope another one exactly like yours will show for sale sometime during my lifetime. ::undecided::

You probably didn't realize it, but I was the 2nd highest bidder on the charcoal basket weave mini trapper...so, you literally "stole" it from Mini-T Monkey while his attention was focused on other knives. :-| Well played, jerryd...well played. ::tu:: ::nod:: :lol: :lol:

While jerryd was surreptitiously "stealing" the Case Charcoal Basket Weave 6207, Mini-T Monkey was busy bartering on this Hen & Rooster 212BLB BLue jigged Bone Mini Trapper.

Mmmm, daddy like. ::drool::

Is it a true Mini-Trapper 3½" closed or is it one of those that's just in the ballpark? Cause I know you play a little loosey Goosey with that closed length.

Oh, it's a "true" 3½" Mini Trapper, no doubt about that. However, for the record, The Monkey is in a state of high dudgeon at the "loosey Goosey" reference regarding the official (closed) length of a Mini Trapper. ::huff:: Any trapper with a closed length between 3 3/8" - 3 7/8" is considered a "Mini" Trapper (also sometimes called a "medium" trapper).

Shut the front door. All this time I've been going strictly by the 3½" stipulation. Hmmmmmm

Speaking of "smooooth"...jerryd (a smoooth operator) bombed me with this super smoooth Boker Mini Trapper with Smoooth Orange Bone handle. It doesn't get much smoother than that.

This is a truly beautiful knife. A smidgen over the standard 3½" Mini-T size but still within acceptable Mini-T parameters. I don't know where the Boker Plus line is made, but the fit and finish, walk and talk is darn near perfect and the Smooth Orange Bone handle is the very definition of "graceful." This is the first Boker in my Mini-T collection and it doesn't get much better than this. Oh, what a sweet, sweet knife this is indeed! ::nod::

Thanks again, jerryd, for your generosity...you really made my day and brought immeasurable joy to Mini-T Monkey. ::super_happy::
