Very Nice "Q" ::tu:: Me Likey!! Yes if you save the photo and enlarge it with a photo editor program you can see a lot of subtleties in the edges of the color on the bone. Does the ACK suffix mean "Annual Club Knife"? Nice additon to your 07 family, I'm sure OCD Monkey is soothed for a bit!! :)
Did you notice the shield? I'm pretty sure CCC stands for Case Collectors Club.so ACK does not stand for.................. ::poke::

That is correct: ACK = "Annual Club Knife" (I learned that a couple years ago from Ken/Mumbleypeg). Of all the Case Collector Club 07s I have, this 2004 Life Member 6207 is the only one with that tang stamp designation.

For more about that, check out this thread:

Added a couple more Mini-Ts to my pile this week.

First is this wood (Cocobolo?) handle #51 with pen secondary. Super crisp walk and talk snap on both blades; fit and finish is pure old school Queen par excellence.

That's the reason I bought it. I'm not overly fond of green but this is a shade I can tolerate and then there's those slant bolsters.

Merci, Floyd (although, I must caution you against encouraging The Monkey to get duplicate Mini-Ts...we all know where that slippery slope leads to) ::paranoid::

Gracias, Tom. I can only agree with you..."what's not to love?" (although to be honest, the price I had to pay is the one aspect that I have a hard time justifying. But, in 1 year, 5 years, or 10 yrs...will the price really seem like all that much? or will it prove to be a good (GEC type) investment? Only time will tell. I just hope I live long enough to find out! ) :D

And finally, as with any art form, eventually the boundaries must be pushed and extremes must be examined.

The Mini Trapper is no exception.

Case in point (pun fully intended): FIVE blades !! (Although the lack of a Wharncliffe blade still leaves something to be desired, IMHO. :? )

I agree on the Wharncliffe blade. One clip would be enough, a Wharncliffe in place of the second one would be grand. In cutlery, there is no such thing as "Profuse".

Jerry, the tea box at the restaurant usually has several brands and flavors so variety in pocket knives and tea are acceptable. And if you really like it then that makes me like it as well. Always knice to share someone else's joy. I bet it blends in well with its brothers. ::tu:: ::tu::
