Walden knife co. ?

Hey guys, looking for info on a small 3 inch single blade jack...I know it hasn't much value but I picked it up for its history. Despite its much shortened and re tipped blade its well made has strong walk and talk and only a tiny bit of wobble..my question knowing that they were out of business in 1923..I was wondering if anybody could tell if this pattern was after or before 1900, also. Notice the liners are also nickel silver don't know..if that has any bearing.it has a pattern # 252443 / or 25244 3/ but can't find the # anywhere online..I've read everything in Levines, in regard to W.K.C, but don't have Goins. Any help or share of your Walden Knife Co. Is appreciated

I would say 20th century.Nickel silver bolsters weren't very common in the 1800's.

I kinda thought it was Reading that way..oh well I will keep on the hunt..I seem too have a problem breaking that 1800s barrier in my price range..lol

Look for old names,hammered steel pins and steel bolsters and liners.Not always the case,but a good place to start.
