Knife is a bit confusing. I thought this was a newer stamp that had the knife passing through the Q but it appears to be an older Big Q stamp. If a big Q stamp I would not expect the knife to have delrin immitation Winterbottom bone handles. The handles look to be delrin to me rather than Winterbottom bone. Hard to tell from the pictures. 
Maybe an older blade in a newer frame or the handles are bone.
