SHOW US YOUR PETS!!!

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

I can't say that she does but cold or wet doesn't seem to bother her. Her coat is very thick, right after I snapped that photo she lay down and stayed there till got the feeders out and filled them. She didn't want to come in but I was about to freeze. ::handshake::

Scout’s version of “crazy eyes”. And here is Bristol again.

I got the chance to work with “Gypsy” on Friday. Our neighbor that took her in was having trouble with her becoming very feral with bones and it was scaring them. Trying to tell someone how to claim something from a dog is not something I recommend doing over the phone. So I went over to their house and showed them how to claim a bone and not get bit doing it. Just like on “The Dog Whisperer”, Gypsy responded to me in just a couple of minutes and in less than 40 minutes they had practiced it several times and their confidence and mood was totally changed. They thought they had made a mistake taking in this dog and now realized that they could handle her with confidence.
Here are a couple of pictures of Gypsy.

Well done Mark. Too many dogs are returned or abandoned because of human ignorance.

Thank you Garry.

Another picture of Bristol. I swear this dog knows how to be cute and endearing. Never seen anything like it.
The other two pictures are of Scout and Bristol. I take them out for play in the morning after my physical therapy and when I come in Scout has made a game out of stealing stuff. She was stealing wash cloths from the bathroom but she and Bristol started playing tug of war and tore too many so I closed that off from her. This day she stole a Dr. Pepper bottle from my wife who was in her office. She dares you to take it from her. She moans and growls with excitement as she runs away and won’t let you have it. She has made quite a game out of it, or she has really turned into a kleptomaniac, not sure?

Again, something about the color saturation in that first photo is very fine. Looks like a professional portrait. Bristol's kleptocracy sounds charming just so long as she doesn't try and swallow her loot. Labs are notorious for doing that.

Sissy looks like she’s really getting around now. ::tu::

I usually take a ball, frisbee or training dummy along when the dogs go along for a walk (which is always  ). If not they bring me something to throw for them anyway. They’ve had this canvas frisbee for a couple of years. Recently it’s been getting a hole through the center where the cloth is tearing. Today it finally gave way. I threw it for them, and Mazie brought it back with her head through it.

Joshka relaxing. That's a memory foam dog bed on one side of the fireplace. Ahter has one just like it on the other side of the fireplace. I'm pretty sure my wife likes both of the dogs better than me.
