Puzzled over a Christmas knife?

My oldest daughter sent this one for Christas saying, "I didn't think you had one like this."
Trying to find out who made this one. Since it has a bail/shackle, 2 pen blades, and is metal handled am I correct in calling this a watch fob knife?
The closed length is 3 1/4". The tang stamp looks like and old time feeler gauge all flared out. Underneath the logo is stamped, SOLINGEN GERMANY.
There are also the remains of an etch on the main pen blade. Looks like someone tried to clean it a little too vigorously. What metal is the shiny handle? The whole knife seems to respond to a magnet, bail and all.

TF , evening , hope your Christmas Day was a good one.
Have seen that stamp ,and the owner of knife called it peacock stamp. This was a few years ago at the Janesville show. Don’t know if that’s valid or not but thought I’d pass it on . He mentioned it was a rear end view and the company had been around a long time . That’s all can remember.

There are many Centennial Mills if you Google it. Towns and businesses, but it looks like Centennial Mills Inc. may have been in Portland?

Does the ebay knife say Cut Cost With Centennial / Centennial Mills Inc. That's the best I can tell.

Centennial Mills in Portland, Oregon would seem to be a sensible choice as lots of mills gave knives with name or logo for advertising. Interesting stuff on that mill on the web.
Philco, that is the same stamp and it looked like feeler gauge to another Marine too!
Being an unprofessional art critic, I'd say they missed the boat on that stamp looking like a peacock when you enlarge it.
This one that just bob referenced, viewtopic.php?f=4&t=30535&p=283519&hili ... ck#p283519, is slightly different than the one I have. The number of "blades" on the fan are not the same. That slight difference can probably date the knives more accurately.

I surely don’t see a peacock when I look at it. It looks to me just like the old fans ladies used to carry in their pocket book. I’m with Philco here, Fan brand by Carl Schliper (eye brand).
