PIC ??? Precision Instrument Co ?? Help

Hope all is well
I recently found this pocket knife. It seems like it is well built but the only identification is PIC #47 Japan
I hate to bother you all but I’ve searched all I could about PIC and I’m falling short
I’ll add some pics and as always, thank you for the help
(I haven’t started to clean it up yet)

Nice old, made in Japan folder Jim! Can't help you with the I.D.ing, but someone will surely be along who can! And, you're NEVER "bothering" anyone here, your questions are always welcome!

Precise Imports Corp...active in the 60's and 70's. Had knives made in Germany and in Japan.
