Repair Question

Post by carolinahillbilly »

Going through my Dad's collection, I found a knife made by the Utica Cutlery Co.. It is an unknown model. Knife is a good solid knife except for one minor thing (see the 2nd pic) as it is missing the handle on the off-side. Does anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement handle for this knife? Also, if anyone can tell me what model this is knife is that would be great. There is no model # or name on any of the tangs. Thanks for the help.

If you watch ebay long enough a donor knife will come up. You might look for one that also has a good small blade and kill 2 birds with one stone.

I agree with Bob, while the knife is apart you might as well replace the pen. I will be difficult to get an exact match for the missing scale. I buy a lot of bone from Culpepper, and they have a big selection you might want to look through.
