Sorry, not Keen Kutter, IXL, Shapleigh or LF&C. Company was a cutlerly retailer and did not make their own knives.

Sorry, not Hoffritz.
As per Goins, this company started out selling hardware and cutlery (Levine says 1890). In 1909 they closed in their original location and opened up a firm in a different city, dealing solely in cutlery.

OK, over 24 hours with no new tries, time for another clue. Company was located in the midwest and went out of business in 1920. According to Goins, many of their knives were made by the Tidioute Cutlery Company.
