AG Russell Stockman
I bought this new from AGRussell some years ago. There is no longer any info about it that i can find on the AGR website.
AGR wanted a USA made folding knife that was up to the standards of a custom made knife. He had a workshop built in his place of business in Springdale ARK. and hired an experienced cutler. AG said he kept a close watch as these knives were built to make sure they would be the best they possibly could be.
The tangs are marked: "A.G.Russell/1997/Springdale Ark"
This stockman is 3 1/2"
Does anyone remember what the blade steel is ? BG-42 ? or 145CM ? or ?
And does anyone know for sure what the price was ?
thanks, kj

Thank you Mark. That one sold high. I think i paid $145 ? for it new from AGR. It is a very well put together knife, the kind that could be a life long EDC.Sharpnshinyknives wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 1:10 am Here is the same knife from the Cutting edge: http://www.cuttingedge.com/knife/klc090 ... 52BRussell

I call those “legacy knives”. Knives you can pass down as a legacy to you kids or grandkids.

How's that song go?
"If I were a rich man,
Ya ba dibba dibba dibba dibba dibba dibba dum.
All day long I'd biddy biddy bum.
If I were a wealthy man.
I wouldn't have to work hard.
Ya ba dibba dibba dibba dibba dibba dibba dum.
If I were a biddy biddy rich,
Yidle-diddle-didle-didle man."
Beautiful knife!!
