Yep, Hibbard Spencer Bartlett on pen blade, OVB on master blade.

Very attractive knife. It does look like a New York Knife Co. knife to me.

Just found my 3 3/8" Jack "Hammer Brand 2213 New York/Knife Co/Walden" that looks identical to Dan's HSB OVB knife.

Ulster Knife Co made some pearl handled knives with pearl thick enough to nicely round the edges like this knife.

I am going to guess E.C. Simmons or Simmons Hardware Co. Pretty sure this isn't right as all of my Simmons knives with nail files use the Curley style file, and I think the nail nick are too big. Throwing it out there anyway as a starter.
