Me and Taco the wonder Aussie (wonder if he’ll be any count) went walking in the woods. I took my Marlin 39M and we killed a Dr. Pepper can my oldest boy left in the deer blind. Taco didn’t mind the shooting at all. That’s a plus.

He’s 3 months old right now. And he’s heck on wheels lol. He tries to be bull of the woods with the other dogs, but the old girls put him back in his place pretty quick. lol His day will come.

Some mighty fine creatures being shown, my son got into the fish thing when he was in college and got me interested. He still has one small tank but I think its mostly to entertain the cats. I gave it up some time ago.
The boss thought Sissy needed a new bed, personally i thought the ole one was doing a fine job. I wonder how many knives it cost, but we won't go there. She sure is enjoying it.

Thanks for asking. She doing great, moves good and is really healed up well. She's laying on her side that was operated on this morning( this is the first day she's done that ) and that says to me that the pain is negligible. She gets her stitches out Wednesday. We plan to keep her on a leash for a few days and then kinda turn her loose and let her ramble if she wants.
That is a 😎 🆒️ bed and I mean that literally, it has a cooling gel in it and she seems to really like it.
She is so hot natured its unreal, hair as thick as the sheeps wool she supposed to herd. She's spoiled absolutely rotten. ::handshake::

Not that I believe in reincarnation, but if there was such a thing, I've always said I would like to come back as a well-loved dog.
You guys are showing why!!

I have been saying the very same thing for years. You are in a loving home, fed, exercised and played with, taken for drives, a roof over your head, medical expenses paid, humans pick up after you and you don't need money. Pretty good gig. ::tu:: ::nod:: :D

Doc took Sissy stitches out and said he thought she was doing great, said they thought we made the right decision to amputate. Also said we need to get some weight off and increase her exercise gradually..hope that works out. ::woot:: ::handshake::

Good news ! I've had good luck in the past with weight management dog food..there are several brands on the market..I prefer grain free dog food--all of my dogs skin/coat since I switched to grain free years ago have been shiny, soft and no skin problems...it's more expensive but they eat/need less so it really is about the same cost per day...

Good to hear that ,it’s tough making those decisions. Had to put my furry friend to sleep this past summer, because of hips and bum leg and 16 years old. But got 16 years of memories and great times, do still miss him, and okay with that finally. Won’t get another for a while if we do. So till then I’ll just adopt Sissy,Layla and all the AAPK pets here, and Go from there .
Thanks Big H ,for keeping us updated. ::handshake::
