That’s a nice haul at a GREAT price! I bought one of those Tyne knives once for considerably more than $3, 10x more as a matter of fact. It was a very well made knife and I like it a lot. But a friend liked it more and I gave it to him. You done good!

Got an estate sale dozen last Saturday...

A late 40's Colonial electricians knife.
Camillus S702
Sabre 503 / Ireland
Sabre 615 / Japan
Bear & Bull Trapper / smooth white bone
Bear & Bull Trapper / smooth black bone
Frost Family Congress / Abalone
Frost 'Steel Warrior' Range Rider
Frost 'Steel Warrior' Doctor's knife
Ocoee River Doc Knife / MOP
Ocoee River Doc Knife / Ram's Horn
Ocoee River Doc Knife / Abalone

I usually don't get into the Frost Cutlery knives, but these were too nice to pass up at the price on them. They'll make some nice gifts one day.

LJ that is a pretty knice group.
Thanks, Floyd...I was 9th in line to 'go in', so had the box all to my self to pick from. Didn't have to fight or knife anyone.
DANG Brother that's a great haul from an estate sale. Congrats!
Thanks, David...it's the best when one gets 'first dibbies' without interruption. I know nothing about the two Sabre knives. ::shrug:: The Colonial knowledge is only what I've read here. The CG Rope Knife S702 I've read about here...it's in pretty good shape, albeit, it has a slight wobble. I think the pivot pin is loose or broken...there is a slight gap on the back side, but it's still a useable knife.

Byrd, Scott...Some really nice finds you guys picked up. ::tu::

Picked up an early Christmas present for myself last night, apparently the Hinderer elves have been hard at work. I found this at DLT Trading but I've seen other models on other sites. Since I love my 3.5 XM-18 so much in S35VN, I can't wait to see how sharp this one is in M390. Went with the black DLC finish too, something way different than my other knife. Of course I had to order a different scale. 😉

They are mine. Took me a while to pull the set together but they were more available in 2011. They're all factory condition.
