$1 find at yardsale

Picked this up at a yardsale for $1.....says made in Germany on bottom......cigarette cutter,I think...hole is too small for cigar.

Johnnie,
That is indeed a cigar cutter.
It makes a "V" cut in the end of the cigar, just enough to let the smoke through.

Ohhh...I see...I thought it was for cigarettes since the hole was so small.
