I meant to say; These two are "hard use" "tool box" knives that do the all of the work that my GEC safe queens ::huff:: refuse to do.

Here is my matching pair for today. Two PASTOR ALEMAN (German Shepherd), single blade pocket knives. Each also has a cap lifter/bottle opener/can opener. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial and Colonial, Mexico story/connection. This tang stamp does not have the profile of the dog's head. Click on a picture to ENLARGE.

I've had a yen for one of those key knives for a bunch of years. Just never could talk myself into shaking loose the $$ for one. Goes with my "one of everything" philosophy on acquisitions.

Pair of XX era Case 6207s with Green Bone handles. Curiously, one of them is missing the pattern number tang stamp on the master blade pile side.

 Those are absolutely gorgeous Q! ::tu:: Love the jigging patern. ::tu:: :D

Stupid question  but, do you know what that jigging patern is called? I've probably heard it before, I'm sure I've seen it before & who knows, I might even have a knife with it. But I still don't know what it's called. ::dang:: Is it the "Russel Rogers-Pick-Bone-Corn-Cob-Kinfolks" patern or something else? ::shrug::

I looked around but didn't find it. ::hmm::
I looked here, but couldn't match it. ::hmm:: ::hmm:: https://www.casexx.com/Library/JiggingTypes.asp
If anybody knows a good place to look please post the link. Thanks! ::handshake::
Anyone know is there a good thread about jigging paterns here? If not, we could start one. ::hmm::

Ok, just curious, if anyone feels like answering good deal & if not, no big deal either. ::hmm::

Have a great Sunday everyone! ::handshake::

Stunningly sweet pair Q, absolute beauties, historical high points of the craft. Don't know if I've ever seen bone any better from that fabulous era of bone. Nailed it on those babies. Don't ever let them go. Wow, have to sit down. ::drool::

Thanks, appreciate it. Although correction, the smooth ivory bone Liner Lock is a 2013, not a 2016, otherwise think the rest correct.

Doubling down! :) A pair of matching pairs.

Matching pair of Schrade Cut. Co. all-stainless Senator knives, most likely from the 1930s. The salesman sample made it really easy to identify the one with the etch. SS7709SI and SS7709SI Shac.

SS7099SI vs SS7099SI Shac - 03 x1200.jpg
SS7099SI vs SS7099SI Shac - 04 x1200.jpg

Matching pair of Schrade Walden 877 pearl knives likely from the 1950s. The Craftsman is a safe-queen. The other I carry regularly.
