Looking for a 1940s BoyT sheath for this Ka-Bar. Thanks!
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: BoyT sheath for Ka-Bar
That knife would require a BoyT 43 USMC marked sheath and one in nice condition might be worth more than the well used knife. By the way, that tag is incorrect, no MK2s made before 1943. Why want the rarer BoyT marked sheath, the plain sheath is just as correct.

Looking for something period correct, and this knife has not been used. Original factory edge and bluing.

Re: BoyT sheath for Ka-Bar
Your knife is not blued. It has a pinned pommel and none of the pinned pommel versions were blued, they were parkerized. It is also not unsharpened with original factory edge. Nice example, but nowhere near original edge or finish. Any WW2 plain unmarked sheath would be correct and easier and cheaper to find rather than the Boyt.

I might put a fake Damascus knife made by Packie Stan in this sheath when I find one.

A sheath has been located, for a reasonable price.
