It took me a few moments to make the scimitar connection you referred to Willy. Being I am a bit slow in the head. But then the light came on and I saw how the clip blade was similar to the forward swoop of the scimitar. Similar to the scimitar. I like the sound of that.

Well you know how these knife companies collaborate, they may have been jobbed out one way or the other.cody6268 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 06, 2020 4:44 pmI have an Irish-made Imperial that is identical to that Colonial Barlow. I have never seen another knife like that before. Checked eBay, and there's an National Rifle Association version of it (which my Imperial is), even with the same old-style NRA logo. Most seem to have been made for the NRA, it seems; which makes me wonder if they bought the tooling from Schrade.

Added a brass liner to the Hinderer XM-18 3.5 last night, I think this knife is about tapped out with extras.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Finally starting to get a patina started. My grandmother bought a bunch of fruit last grocery run, and that's about the quickest way with regular use you're gonna get a patina.

Nice, TPK! Great day for a walk with the pooch and some sweet knives. My real Indian name is Runs-From-Money!
For some reason I'm really good at that!
