Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

All beautiful knives, P-chop, but the one with the rounded bolsters really trips my trigger. 8)
Very nice set! ::tu::

Good evening knife junkies. Had the pleasure of getting this last week. It’s a 6347 in Red Bone with CV. Case did a bang up job with the bone in my humble opinion. Hope the week has started off well for everyone.

Well... I quit Skoal 4/2/09 after almost 30 years.

Added this Case 1990 Mini-Trapper 207WHSS 1st Issue with a Serrated Wharncliffe secondary blade to my pile. That Wharncliffe blade looks like a rat's been gnawing on it. I'm not fond of serrated blades in the least but this was an important addition to the group.

Jerry and Q, y’all keep “knocking it out of the park”! The 07 almost rivals the 72. ::hmm::

There is one thing about Case that stands out, they just do bone and stag so well. There jigging on their bone is a standout. ::nod::

2007 barlow and a 1979 A6235 1/2. The 35 is only the second smooth bone I've ever gotten....those and a 31 SAB slick black are making me a big fan of knives not jigged....but I still like those too...shoot I'm a little obsessed with them all

This may or may not interest you, i just received a Case 1/2 whittler in smooth antique bone and it is a pearler. I will post the photo of it, but if you really like smooth bone, there is a Case Barlow in smooth antique bone with a spear blade and they look fantastic. Have a look and see what you think. :)
