Yes, i sort of forgot that. I don't have an Imperial Hammer brand to check. Did they put "Imperial" on the back side tang ?

mine does not have Imperial on it anywhere but the small blade has a patent # on it. It may be a older knife as it is not a shell handle as most of my hammers are. it's a sweet little thing, the shrinky dink plastic handles have not shrunk to much yet.

That pen rings a bell. I believe I saw another one quit similar to it, posted sometime back on the forums.
Well, that doesn't help any, way too many different knives been posted to narrow it down any .
