Today I had a Moose volunteer for duty along with the customary SOG Flash II. When I wear my bibs, the SOG is always in the breast pocket.

I don't know what kind of stainless steel was used on this Japanese made knife but it is super sharp. I do believe that in experienced hands this knife could process a deer with ease.
