With them fancy bolsters. i would guess at Laguiole france.
i bought a knife similar to that in the port town, of saint marlo. france 40 year's ago. for 28 francs.
it was a single blade. switch blade.and came with a free knife fighting lesson. from the old man who sold it to me.
i gave it to my girl freind at the time.
alas the knife .and girl freind . are just
fond memories now

Thanks David.I was fairly sure it was made by Utica made some patterns for Western States, and likely made yours.
I will find something I haven't posted before here in a bit.
