F & W Mfg.Co. Cinti.You are close enough. They were a Sewing Machine,piano and organ manufacturer in the late 1800's to early 1900's.I have had a couple of these and seen a couple others.All were swellcenter mooses.

No idea on the maker here. Mother-of-Toilet seat scales. Three sets of numbers, maybe patent numbers? - stamped on the tang. Trick knife. Any guesses as to maker? Value? It was a garage sale find.
