Prayers Appreciated

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Prayers Appreciated

Post by TPK »

Hi friends,

My son Shane (19) has a cold. Hopefully it's a cold. Anyways he was at the doctors office today & they took a Covid test. He was given a number. Kind of like a package Tracking number he can use to check for the results on line. We have no idea how long we will have to wait on the results. In the mean time, he was told to self isolate in his room.

I'm trying to believe it's just a cold & not worry about it (too much) but if anyone feels like praying for him that's great. ::tu:: He has asthma so it's not easy not to worry about him. I appreciate it! ::handshake::

Time for bed,
Talk to ya soon,

Heavenly Father,
Please give your angels charge over Tom's son. We know Tom is worried and so is his son. Please give them comfort during this time of uncertainty. The possibility of having this disease is so scary because of the things the media has told us. Father, you are the great physician. You made us and you know exactly what it takes to heal us. We know that you love us with a love that is beyond our understanding. We also know that you want only good things for us as your children.
Father, thank you for always hearing our prayers.
May your will be done.
In the holy name of Jesus we pray.

Tom,
Hopefully it's just a cold. If it happens to be covid, the Great Physician will see him through it. Praying for a quick return to normal. ::pray::

I too will lift my prayers on behalf of your beloved son. I'll pray first that it is not covid, but if it is, that God will see him through it without harm. ::tu::

Praying for your son and your family Tom. I pray it’s just a common cold.
