Remington?

Post by Ridgegrass »

This is a very clean 7-1/2" overall (3-7/8" blade) Boy's Hunter with beautiful Roger's (?) bone handles. No mark. Looks like maybe a Remington contract piece. I've seen Remingtons very similar to this. The sheath is marked "BOB MANN, TROOP 65" on the back. I found 10 Troop 65's online all over the eastern U.S.. If you're "of an age" like I am, this one will touch your heart. :D Any ideas welcome. Thanks, J.O'.

Looks like nice rogers bine handles but I don't believe the blade is a Remington blade. Just my opinion

I agree with espn, not a Remington. I think it is a Colonial or a Spear Brand made by Colonial. Judging by the guard, blade, and handle shape.
