date on a knife

i have a little gold colored fingernail knife with a little pair of scissors that slides out the back..
it marked
Bristolline
Soligen
Germany
and D.B.P. 1661776 on one of the other blades

could some one put a date on it for me i would guess a newer knife ::shrug::

DRP means patented in german.
