Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Thanks, Floyd, Tom & John...appreciate the comments.

Here's another sweet little trapper I picked up recently. ::woot::
I really love my Case/Tony Bose Collaboration knives :D They're undoubtedly the finest (modern) Case knives in my collection. ::nod::

Potechop,
The 32 is a great old pattern. The 18 is one of the most loved and used pattern that Case makes today and the 32 is often overlooked. I like a 32 in both jack and stockman. How about the 32 mini moose? Anyone like those?

Reid I really like the looks of the mini moose. First time I seen that pattern. I have several of the big moose 75 pattern. Like the smaller knife already found a olive Green Bone I might buy . Might use it for EDC for on the farm. Might use that spray blade to cut some hogs.

From September 23, 2020 to October 9, 2020 I acquired these four CASE XX, Orange County Choppers mini trappers. One is a 2004 and three are from 2005. Three have the tins, one doesn't.

Went by a local Antique / Consignment shop in my area today. Usually they don't have much in knives, either well worn or newer knives. But today I ran across this and decided to get it and add it to my appaloosa bone knives. A 1981 Case XX A6208 Half Whittler. Good snap on all blades and no wobble. Have to excuse my photo skills, it was cloudy out and natural light photos didn't turn out well so these are inside shots. The last photo is under a halogen lamp.

Great find, Smitty. Good score. ::tu::
So much more fun discovering a hidden treasure that way than buying online IMHO. Wish there were shops like that in my area.

Totally agree, unfortunately i don't have that option, all my purchases have to be online and even that is limited for me. ::mdm::

Appreciate it I-man. We have a few shops around my area. But most are filled with furniture, cast iron cookware, and home decorations. But occasionally it pays to check on them from time to time.

These are the last four knives I bought. Just got the 18 . Has some really nice handles that match . It’s a USA no dots. Don’t know if I would call it a red bone but both sides have a lot of red.
