I like that Case, OH. Tell me, is the small clip “new grind” & the other two aren’t? That’s sort of how it looks to me.Old Hunter wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:15 pm Modern Buck flipper and a traditional Case wedge-spring Whittler for the day. OH

Thank you, great action on that knife. Actually the two secondary blades are new grind and the main is old grind. The knife is tang stamped as 1983 (7 Dots) so I am assuming it must be an early built model in the transition to the new grind blades. OHgeocash wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 1:04 pmI like that Case, OH. Thank you Marco. The name is of course properly spelled on the tang, but even with a magnifying glass I couldn't make it out. So I said to myself, to heck with it. Lazy on my part but at my age I claim at least three senior adjustments perday.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Beautiful fall Montana morning, a little rain last night cleared out any remaining smoke. This drop point by Tim Steingass is with me this morning, damascus forged by Randy Haas Jr. with stunning, chatoyant Koa wood handles. Soldered guard and thin ground on a big hollow. Claude Scott sheath with elephant inlay.
