It has a 2-line tang stamp.
No numbers, 11 letters total.
ALL letters are UPPERCASE.

New England, in Rhode Island.

***** CLUE #5 *****
Circa 1944-1948/1949, per Goins.

You took out Vermont but as far as i know Vermont was never home to a knife manufacturing business. I am posting this so if i am wrong someone will post a correction.

Wishing I had more unique pocket knives, I offer this swell end jack as the latest mystery. It was someone’s old friend, but now enjoys retirement in my humble collection.
