SHOW US YOUR PETS!!!

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

He always races out to greet me whenever I come into my office and then sniffs at anything and everything I put on my desk. His favorite spot to perch is on top of my computer monitor where he can keep an eye on me and snatch gnats, mosquitoes, flies and moths that are attracted to the light of the screen.
I'm curious Q..., ::hmm:: Do you put out water for Gordo? ::shrug::

No, Gordo is a free range gecko...he has to fend for himself. Although he does lick the condensation off the sides of my drink containers if that counts as "putting out water" for him (he has a particular preference for the condensation on cold beer bottles). He also enjoys foraging donut crumbs off my plate and/or used napkins and he seems to like chili pepper sauce as well. Gordo is quite the gourmand! ::nod::

Gordo might enjoy a little taste of the content of those beer bottles too!

We think a mule kicked her, she's really not my dog the boss and I are taking care of her. She always been kind of a neighborhood dog, she has a routine of going house to house and being spoiled rotten by the neighbors. She walks with a couple of ladies on their exercise walks. Her master passed away recently and his wife works 12/7 so we are taking care of her for awhile. She is as smart as a whip, always been a outside dog, never allowed in the house till she moved in here, we were scared she would do her :job" in the floor but hasn't offered to yet, knock wood. She's a sweet heart.

Oh ok. ::nod:: Well, make sure you drink enough of those cold beers for Gordo's sake.  ::tu::

::hmm:: Maybe I need a Geko? ::hmm::  Then I can tell Silvia, "Q said Geko's will only drink the condensation that accumulates on cold beer bottles and they need a diet supplement of donut crumbs." Then I'll throw in some BS about them being an endangered species and how I'm makeing a contribution to save the planet. Thanks for the great idea Q! ::handshake:: ::nod:: ::super_happy::
::hmm:: If I could just tie it in with Sea Shepherd somehow I'd be all set. We like Sea Shepherd! ::nod::
Can I have that about the beer & donuts in written form? ::shrug:: Thanks! ::handshake::

Edit:
No wait! POP-TARTS!!!!! We'll tell her it's Pop-Tart crumbs! ::nod:: This is getting better every minute! ::super_happy::

Good luck with that, Tom!

Today Gordo enjoyed the condensation on a can of Big Wave Golden Ale. Although he's certainly no "beer snob" he does seem to favor Kona Brewing Co. ::nod::

Oh dear, it looks like Gordo's had enough; he's stumbling and falling all over himself trying to get every last drop. Apparently he's a lightweight licker who can't hold his...condensation! I think I'm going to have to cut him off...might be time for an intervention. ::disgust::
