Case Knife Ruger Display Case

I just purchased an empty Display Case that once held Ruger Case Knives. This is a Mint Set 1 of 250. I'm trying to find a picture of what the display looked like with the knives inside. I'm not sure if they were displayed with the blades open on all the knives or some or???? Any help with a picture of a brochure or? would be appreciated. Thanks.
