This is a Spyderco/Lionsteel joint venture. The handle is micarta and it is about 4" closed. I bought it yesterday at my local store.

$10,000 question..., What is the name of the scale color on that Sodbuster? You have 10 seconds to answer, (starting NOW) otherwise I get to keep the money. Sorry, time was up before I could finish this post. ::doh:: But I'd still like to know the answer if that's ok with you. Thanks Buddy! ::handshake:: ::super_happy::

Dang, I lost again!!! Rofl

They called it chestnut bone. This one has CV blades that I patinaed with mustard to get a head start in the rust prevention. It’s become a favorite of mine.

Hey thanks for the compliment and welcome to AAPK, which is like a two edged sword. Never knew how many knives I wanted to have until I started hanging around here and seeing what everyone else has. Then coveting them. Addiction. Good luck. You said it, exactly how I felt years ago when I joined and after these years and many thousands of dollars spent chasing the grail, the boss just can't figure out what I'm endlessly looking for. Hmmmmmmmmm.

Had these 2 for some years ,they’re brand new never been used till today. Put the Buck in its belt sheath and slid Uncle Henry in a long for the ride . The UH feels nice and slim in pocket . And that smaller Anniversary 2002 Buck is hardly noticed.

Carrying my Dawson fixed blade. Looks like I need to oil the blade! ::dang:: I carry this "CCW" under my shirt and with the heat (around 100 degrees) I get to sweating and well those high carbon blades get to rusting. I have known Barry Dawson for almost 20 years and I have got some great knives from him over those years.

I had him add a few custom features on this knife for me. The handguards also function as bottle openers (I'm a beer lover) and I asked for more of a curve to the center of the handle. Also for the large pommel that also functions as a screwdriver and glass breaker if needed. If you look at the spine it is a very thick strong blade. I hope that I have it on me the day Apocalypses comes.

Thank you sir. I I got it off a buddy who bought it new and decided he just couldn’t stand it. I sure am glad he didn’t like it!
