who is the maker of this shell puller?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone may know the maker and year of this multi tooled shell puller. It also has as corkscrew on the oppisite side.

The price is stamped on the shell puller ?
Is this typical of Russian made knives ?
One would expect it to give the caliber of shells it is designed to pull.

The stamp of the price on different items was typical in the whole socialist world. Considering the fact that all the stores and the factories as well were owned by the country, it wasn't a problem for the price to be stamped on every item. The prices were determined by their
respective normative document.
