As it’s National Knife Day (just one of the wonderful the things I’ve learned here on AAPK) I’m going carry one of my newer knives that I am enthralled with - this customized Schrade USA Jackknife built by Jeffin. OH

They definitely do that to me. Looks like one I considered a few times and almost pulled the trigger. Hard to choose between so many beauties. Good score, great looking scales.

Just finished up my first knife build. It’s based on old English Bowie designs from the mid 1800’s. 1095 steel, nickel silver and natural elk antler purchased at Petsmart. I decided to carry it today.

Poor air quality today, the smoke from California came to SW MT. I carry and use this knife quite a bit, very well made and attractive, with BG-42 blade steel and tapered tang.
