Camillus 72 Clones

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Tommy, that may have been the dimensions of a 2"X4" at one time but now they are 1 1/2" by 3 1/2".

The Yello-Jaket Bee Shield 72 variation showed up today. This is my 2nd one. Very clean and a little stiff.

Today I added this pocket knife to my CAMILLUS 72 variation family. Another, my fifth, McGrew ARKANSAS, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, "HillBilly Classic", "whittler" pocket knife. It came with the box. It is is near mint condition and required no cleaning. The box is in excellent condition. I took a few pictures and here they are.

Received this earlier in the week. Another addition to my 72 clone collection. A Camillus 1047 Scout Swell Center Whittler. The seller I bought this from sold feminine products & makeup, and only had two knives, this being one of them. I had asked the seller if she happened to have the box. As good of condition I was hoping they had the box, but no dice.
