Ive had this knife for about a year i inherited it from my grandfather the only info ive got is two pictures i found and a name. it has "Parker Cut.CO" on the blade.

Jim Parker was a prolific knife dealer who had millions of knives made mostly in Japan. Some are of good quality and others are rather low quality.
I do not recognize your knife which is not unusual as Parker had some many different knives made.
There is no collector value as Parker knives are still abundant and very few people want them.
It is a good knife for you to carry and use.
