ROCKY TOP TENN Unknown Maker help please

Hello! Wonder if anyone knows the maker of this knife, tang stamped ROCKY TOP TENN.
I found out its definitely not a Parker.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have never seen this marking before. I assume "Tenn" is for Tennessee but this does not necessarily mean it was made there. It might have had a small sticker or faint etch with country of origin or maybe Rocky Top is a knife maker in Tennessee ?
I hope someone who knows something will post.

Rocky Top was a hit song by country western singer Dolly Pardon. I remember one line from the song was, "Rocky Top you'll always be home sweet home to me. Good old Rocky Top, Rocky Top Tennessee."

I'm thinking somebody use the song name and had some knives imported was the Rocky Top Tenn stamping.
I may be wrong, but I've never heard of the brand before, and I'm thinking there aren't a ton of them.
