Re: Lets see some Wharncliffe's
I only have 3 knives of any type with Wharncliffe blades in my collection, and I suspect that these are not what you were expecting. All 3 were electricians, and I "wharncliffed" the screwdriver blades when I resto/modded them. And I see now that this is the Remington forum, so I probably am in the wrong place altogether. Oh well, here they are anyway.

I feel like this was a gift from someone and for the life of me, can't remember who (don't have it recorded either). It's a slick little peckerwood.

Yes, I disassembled all 3 knives. I always do that when I put new scales on. It also makes it easier to thoroughly clean all the parts and is much easier if you are going to modify a blade.Ripster wrote: ↑Sun Jul 26, 2020 1:45 pmVery good idea, so U reshaped screwdriver blade, and didn’t have to disassemble anything .U got me thinking .Now where’s my pile of T 29 s????herbva wrote: ↑Wed Jul 01, 2020 9:15 pm I only have 3 knives of any type with Wharncliffe blades in my collection, and I suspect that these are not what you were expecting.
