Somebody smarter than me will come along and tell us all about it. But think it was a line called "Solo" produced by Spyderco. Most of them look like that one, but I have heard a few variations exist. Nice knives, collectable, built well. I paid $20 for one in the box twenty or more years ago. Still have it mint.

While you have a nice looking knife. Unless my memory has totally failed me I've never seen a Spyderco that looks like your knife. I dont see a Spyderco tang stamp. ::shrug::
