This early Schrade made Buck 301 is destined to become my favorite knife. There is absolutely nothing about it I don’t like.

Thank you. For years, well actually my entire adult life I have sworn by the Camillus contract knives and never really gave the Schrades a fair shake. Glad I decided to change that.

Maaaaaannnnnnnnn, just received some terrible news for all knife lovers. No more GEC SFOs, that means no Northwoods, Waynorths, no Maher and Grosh, no Gunstock Jacks, no nooooothing. Huge loss in the knife world. Love my Northwoods and all these just mentioned. Can't believe the lame luck. Wow, what a drag. Better hold onto your Northwoods, they just became a whole lot rarer. And any GEC made stuff that wasn't branded GEC. Wow what a loss. From where the sun now stands my heart is on the ground.

The KK & the one behind it with horn are both modern day "Robi Klaas" knives made in China. And I have a third one with brown bone handles. Best made in China knives I have found till now! ::nod:: All three have come sharp & with excellent (perfect) fit und finish. If I had the money, I'd have about 10 more of these! I am very happy with them! Looking forward to buying more of these puppys! For the quality you get, the price is unbeatable! ::nod:: ::super_happy::
