Can anyone help me identify the brand of knife? I can't really make out the stamp?

It appears to be IKCo inside a rectangle.
A stamp used by Imperial 1925-1940 (per Goins).

Often times, if you will open the blade of a knife at 90 degrees it will reveal more of the tang stamp.
